Geoff Hart Training and Development has been formed
to provide professional assessment and verification to candidates pursuing NVQ's at levels 3,4 and 5 in Construction
Management.
The Company is accredited and approved by Edexcel as an Assessment Centre
Currently based in both Buckinghamshire and Lincolnshire, we have the
facility to provide on site Introduction, Induction, Training and Assessment at the workplace no matter where in the
Country the candidate may be.
The Company consists of a team of assessors and verifiers all qualified to
provide guidance and support to candidates.
Visits can be arranged to to suit the needs of the Company or individual
at the workplace or in groups at offices or any other venue as required.
An initial Induction
day is held for groups of candidates in the case of a Company, or on a one to one basis for individuals.
This is designed to firstly ensure that the candidates are at the correct
level and can gather the required evidence to support their intended NVQ, and secondly to introduce the candidates to the
NVQ achievement process.
This will cover the gathering of evidence and the presentation of the evidence
in the required format.
It is intended that following this initial introduction, the candidates
will have all of the necessary information to allow them to immediately begin to collect evidence and compile their portfolio.
During the course of compiling the portfolio, we will schedule visits to the candidates to assess them as the portfolio
grows.
The assessor will check the "units" completed on each visit to ensure that the necessary evidence is present and sign off
the units as they are completed successfully giving candidates the flexibility to achieve at a pace to suit them.
Once all units have been completed and signed off by the assessor, the portfolio will be taken for verification before
the relevant qualification is issued to a sucessful candidate.
